Crosscheck for Confluence
Email support@timschartman.com
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time, excluding US public holidays. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.
Crosscheck runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and stores no customer content outside your site, which means I cannot see your pages. These details let me locate the relevant scan:
Please do not paste confidential page content into a support email. It is almost never needed, and if it is, I will ask.
Probably not. Contradictions are genuinely uncommon in a well-maintained space, and scanning a small space may legitimately find none. Candidate pairs grow quadratically with page count, so a 2,000-page space produces far more comparisons than a 200-page one. Check the Duplicates and Needs attention tabs — those work without AI and usually find something.
Please report it. False positives are the thing I most want to hear about, and a specific example is far more useful than a general impression. Include both page titles and what makes the pages compatible.
Each site has a monthly AI budget that scales with your seat count. When a scan reaches it, analysis stops rather than continuing to bill, and the dashboard reports how many pairs were checked out of how many were found. Coverage resets at the start of each month.
Press Reset on the dashboard and start a new scan. Scans run in the background across many short steps; if one is interrupted the app detects it after a few minutes and lets you start again.
No. Personal spaces are excluded and are never read.
Response targets by severity, security handling and change-notice periods are set out in the Service Level Agreement.
Email support@timschartman.com with SECURITY in the subject line. These are always treated as highest priority — see Security.
Crosscheck is maintained by one person. Any period of unavailability longer than three business days is announced here in advance. Security reports continue to be monitored throughout.
No absences currently scheduled.
